About this rug
I wanted to pair the Hollow Knight silhouette with a real shaggy surface in this version. The black horned shape and white eyes remain clear against the red, while the longer yarn gives the rug its texture. The outline is still the detail that introduces the design.
I tuft each piece by hand from premium acrylic yarn, keeping the surrounding red pile long. The face and horn shapes need their own clear placement among the Shaggy texture, so I take care with those boundaries. The loose yarn you see in the photos is part of the actual finished surface.
The horned silhouette gets a real shaggy setting in this version. I wanted the outline to keep its place inside the red texture, so the game reference remains easy to enjoy. A Hollow Knight fan can have the familiar shape at the desk with the longer surface shown in the photos. Choose Standard or Compact after checking the measurements below for the front of your keyboard. The rug works there as a soft wrist rest. A small mouse rug is a separately selected extra.
- Material: premium acrylic yarn; hand-tufted.
- Use: soft wrist rest in front of a keyboard.
- Size options: Standard 44 × 16 cm (17.3 × 6.3 in) or Compact 32 × 16 cm (12.6 × 6.3 in).
- Optional extra: small mouse rug (selected separately).
