By accessing or placing an order on our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of our services and your transactions with us.

1. General Provisions

All products available on our website are custom-made and sold directly by SRL “DAFT PINK”. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these Terms.

This website operates in accordance with:

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Please review this page regularly.

2. Personal Data Protection

By using this website, you agree to the collection and processing of personal data necessary to complete and deliver your order. This includes:

Full name
Phone number
Email address
Delivery address

Your data is stored securely and processed solely for purposes related to order fulfillment, communication, promotions, and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, cookies, newsletters).

We comply with Law no. 133/2011 and take all reasonable measures to safeguard your information. No card data is stored on our servers.

3. Placing Orders and Payment

We offer secure and convenient payment options. You can pay using:

Credit or Debit Card (Visa / Mastercard)
Apple Pay
Google Pay
PayPal

All payments (except PayPal) are securely processed via the MAIB Payment Gateway, using 3D-Secure authentication. You will be redirected to a secure MAIB page to complete the payment. We do not store any payment information.

Required card details may include:

Card number
Expiry date
CVV/CVC
Full name on card

Once payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email and fiscal receipt.

Refunds (if applicable) will be made to the original payment method.

PayPal Payments

You may also pay using PayPal. Your sensitive financial information is not shared with us when using this option.

Important: Refunds and cancellations are only accepted within two (2) hours of placing your order. After this time, production begins and the order cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.

4. Shipping and Delivery

All products are handmade and shipped from Moldova via Poșta Moldovei or EMS Moldova, depending on the option selected at checkout.

Once dispatched, your parcel is transferred to your country's national postal operator (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, Deutsche Post).

???? Final delivery is the responsibility of your local postal service.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or non-delivery caused by local services or customs. If the parcel is marked as delivered by tracking, we consider it fulfilled.

Tracking numbers will be sent via email when your order ships. For any delivery issues or address changes once the parcel is in your country, contact your local post office using the provided tracking number.

Estimated Fulfillment & Shipping Time

Production time: 7 to 35 business days
Shipping time: 5–20 business days depending on destination

We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays in Moldova.

Shipping Address Responsibility

You are responsible for providing a complete and correct address at checkout. If a package is returned due to incorrect address or non-collection, re-shipping costs are your responsibility.

Customs and Import Duties

International orders may incur duties, taxes, or other charges. These are not included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility. Refusing to pay does not qualify for a refund.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products. No returns or refunds after production starts.

To request a cancellation, email us at with.love@daftpink.art within 2 hours of placing the order. Include your order number. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

6. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. We do not share or sell your personal data to third parties, except as required by law.

We do not store sensitive payment information. All payments are handled securely by MAIB and PayPal.

7. Usage Restrictions

You may not use our website for unlawful activities, intellectual property violations, or unauthorized data collection.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, images, and designs, is the property of SRL “DAFT PINK”. Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.

9. Language of the Terms

These Terms are published in English for international use. In case of translation discrepancies, the English version shall prevail.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes should first be addressed directly to us. If unresolved, they may be taken to court in Moldova.
