By placing an Order through our Website, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and agree that they are binding.
Placing Orders for Goods
By ordering Goods, you warrant legal capacity to form binding contracts. Goods are custom-made upon each Order and are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun. Cancellations are only accepted within two hours of placing the Order.

To place an Order, you may need to provide certain details, including contact and payment information. By doing so, you authorize Us to process this information solely to fulfill your Order.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Order within two hours by contacting us via email from the same address used at checkout. After this period, the Order cannot be canceled due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
Refund Policy
All sales are final due to the custom-made nature of our Goods. Once production has begun, refunds and returns are not permitted, as each item is handcrafted specifically for You. By placing an Order, You acknowledge and agree to these terms.
If You wish to cancel your Order, You may do so within two hours of placing it. Cancellations within this timeframe will qualify for a full refund. After this two-hour period, the Order is confirmed and cannot be canceled or refunded.
Shipping and Delivery
Fulfillment time ranges from 7 to 35 business days. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address information or if it is not collected by You, any resulting return shipping costs or additional charges for reshipping will be Your responsibility.
Customs Duties and Taxes
You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees required by your country’s customs authorities upon receiving your Order. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are solely your responsibility. Failure to pay these fees does not constitute a valid reason for refusing or returning the Goods, and the Company will not issue a refund or accept a return on this basis. We recommend that You check with your local customs office regarding any applicable charges before placing an Order.
Made-to-Order Policy
All Goods are custom-made and thus non-refundable. By placing an Order, You acknowledge and accept that these Terms prevent refunds or returns after production has started.

Prices are subject to change prior to Order confirmation. Additional charges may apply due to factors beyond our control (e.g., shipping costs, currency fluctuations).
