Hand-tufted with love – treat it gently

✔ REGULAR CLEANING

• Gently shake the rug to remove dust and debris as needed.

• Vacuum on low power using a nozzle without a rotating brush.

• A soft fabric brush or a lint roller works well for regular upkeep.

• Whenever possible, touch the rug with clean, washed hands.

✂️ LOOPS & LOOSE THREADS

Some fluffing or fiber shedding is normal for new tufted rugs.

• If you notice a loose thread or loop – do not pull it.

• Carefully trim it with sharp scissors.

❗ SPOT CLEANING

• Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth or paper towel.

For light stains:

1. Dampen a cloth with warm water and a drop of mild soap

2. Gently blot the stain in the direction of the pile

3. Wipe with a clean damp cloth to remove soap residue

4. Allow the rug to air dry naturally (avoid hairdryers)

⚙️ RECOMMENDED CLEANING PRODUCTS

✨ Tuba Carpet Shampoo (for delicate fabrics)

• Dilute in warm water at a 1:6 ratio

• Apply foam only with a sponge

• Let sit for 30–40 minutes

• Vacuum once dry

✨ Prosept Carpet DryClean (dry foam)

• Shake and apply foam directly on the stain

• Wait 10–15 minutes

• Gently scrub with a soft brush and vacuum the residue

✨ Kärcher RM 519 (for wet vacuum cleaners)

• Dilute according to instructions

• Use evenly with a vacuum, avoiding overwetting

• Let the rug air dry completely
