Shipping & Delivery Information

How Long Does Shipping Take? All orders are handmade, so they require time for crafting. Shipping times depend on the size, quantity, and complexity of the design. Most custom orders ship within 14-35 business days (Monday through Friday). We appreciate your patience, as there is often a queue of orders, which can affect processing time. Larger or more intricate designs may take longer to complete.

Shipping Origin All orders are shipped from Moldova (Europe), where we are based.

Delivery Time Delivery times typically range from 8 to 20 business days (excluding customs processing) from the date of shipment. Please be aware that during peak holiday seasons, delivery may take longer due to high shipping volumes with the carrier, which is outside our control.

Tracking Your Order Once your order is complete and shipped, the tracking number will be added to your PayPal transaction, and you should receive a notification from PayPal with your tracking details. This will allow you to track your order as it makes its way to you.

Ready-to-Ship Orders Items listed in the “Ready to Ship” category are pre-made. We consolidate shipments and dispatch orders once a week. Please allow up to 5 business days for packing and processing before your order is shipped. All other items are made-to-order and require the stated processing time. Each piece is handmade with care, so we cannot expedite this process.

Customs Duties & Taxes Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country’s customs authorities. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs on our website and are solely the responsibility of the customer. Failure to pay these fees does not constitute a valid reason for refusing or returning the order, as these charges are beyond our control. We recommend checking with your local customs office for any additional fees before placing an order.

Undeliverable or Unclaimed Packages Please provide an accurate and complete address at checkout to ensure smooth delivery. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect it, additional shipping costs will apply for reshipping the item. We cannot be held responsible for undeliverable packages in such cases.
