DAFT PINK ART started in a very simple way — with a love for cozy spaces, bright ideas, and that feeling when something handmade instantly becomes your favorite thing in the room.
Hi, I'm Anastasia, and I run a small tufting studio in Moldova, Europe. What began as "let me try making one rug" quickly turned into a full creative world where I turn characters, logos, and personal ideas into soft, bold, one-of-a-kind rugs.
I don't print designs. I tuft them by hand, stitch by stitch, so every rug has real texture, depth, and personality. Each piece is crafted to feel special — like it was made only for you… because it is.
The Beginning
My first custom order came from a friend who casually asked: "Could you make something for my gaming setup?" I had barely started tufting. The rug wasn't perfect — my tension was uneven in places, the colors weren't as vibrant as I wanted — but the moment I finished it and saw their face light up, something clicked. They didn't care that it wasn't flawless. They cared that it was theirs. Made for them.
The early orders taught me everything. Wrong yarn choices that shed too much. Designs that looked great on paper but didn't translate to rug form. Shipping mishaps that taught me to pack like I was sending something precious — because I was. Every mistake became a lesson, and every lesson made the next rug better.
Over time, a signature emerged. Bold colors, playful yet thoughtful designs, impeccable finishing details, and that unmistakable texture that makes people immediately want to touch it. DAFT PINK became known for something specific: rugs that feel like they were made by someone who actually cares. Not mass-produced. Not generic. Real.

Every rug takes time because it's handmade — usually 10–35 business days, depending on complexity and workload.
