This policy applies to purchases made on daftpink.art (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1. Definitions
Made-to-Order / Custom items: Handmade items produced specifically for your order (custom design, custom size, personalization).
Ready-to-Ship items: Items that are already made and marked as ready for immediate shipment.
2. Cancellations
Made-to-Order / Custom items
You may request a cancellation within 12 hours after placing the order only if production has not started.
Once production has started (e.g., design transfer, tufting, finishing), the order cannot be cancelled.
If requested before production starts, we can issue a refund minus a $15 design/setup fee (covers time spent on design preparation and workflow setup).
Ready-to-Ship items
You may cancel only before the order is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
To request a cancellation:
Email with.love@daftpink.art with your order number as soon as possible.
3. Returns (Ready-to-Ship items only)
If an item is clearly marked as Ready-to-Ship, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery if:
The item is unused and in the same condition as received.
It is returned in its original packaging.
Note: Return shipping for “change of mind” returns is paid by the customer. Requests submitted after 14 days may not be accepted.
4. No Returns for Made-to-Order / Custom items
Because these items are produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except for the cases described in Sections 5–6.
5. Damaged in Transit / Wrong Item
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 72 hours at with.love@daftpink.art with:
Your order number.
Clear photos and/or a short video (packaging + product).
A brief description of the issue.
Resolution: After review, we will offer a replacement (remake/resend) or a refund (full or partial). We aim to respond within 1–3 business days.
6. Lost Shipments
If your package appears to be lost, contact us with your order number, shipping address, and tracking number. If the shipment is confirmed as lost (or no movement for an extended period), we will:
Remake the item and ship a new one at our expense, OR
Issue a refund to the original payment method.
7. How to Start a Return (Ready-to-Ship)
Email with.love@daftpink.art within the return window.
Include your order number and reason for return.
Do not send items back without approval. If approved, we will provide instructions and the return address.
8. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
We process refunds within 3–7 business days after approval (or after the item is received).
Banks/payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.
9. Non-Returnable Items
Made-to-Order / Custom items (except Sections 5–6).
Items that are used, washed, altered, or not in original condition.
Items returned without prior approval.
10. Refused Delivery / Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned due to refusal, non-pickup, or an incorrect address:
The customer is responsible for reshipping costs, or
A refund may be issued excluding original shipping costs and any return fees.
11. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties/VAT/import taxes. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
