At Daft Pink, every item is handmade with care, just for you. Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding cancellations and refunds to ensure clarity and transparency.

Order Cancellations
We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to modify or cancel an order. Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, production begins, and we can no longer accept cancellations. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to avoid any issues.

To request a cancellation within the 2-hour period:

  1. Email us at withlove@daftpink.art using the same email address provided at checkout.
  2. Include your order number in the email.

We’ll confirm your cancellation via email and initiate a refund if requested within this allowable period.

Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once production has started. Each item is crafted specifically for your order, making it unique and personal. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms, agreeing that refunds will not be available once production is underway.
