This policy applies to purchases made on daftpink.art (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1. Definitions
Made-to-Order / Custom items: Handmade items produced specifically for your order (custom design, custom size, personalization).
Ready-to-Ship items: Items that are already made and marked as ready for immediate shipment.
2. Cancellations
Made-to-Order / Custom items: You may request a cancellation within 12 hours after placing the order only if production has not started. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled. If requested before production starts, we can issue a refund minus a $15 design/setup fee (covers time spent on design preparation and workflow setup).
Ready-to-Ship items: You may cancel only before the order is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
To request a cancellation: Email with.love@daftpink.art with your order number as soon as possible.
3. Returns & Exchanges Due to the nature of our products and international shipping customs (including high return import taxes in Moldova), we do not accept returns or exchanges for either Made-to-Order or Ready-to-Ship items if you change your mind. All sales are final. Please review product details and sizes carefully before purchasing.
4. Damaged in Transit / Wrong Item / Defective Items Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at with.love@daftpink.art with:
Your order number.
Clear photos and/or a short video (packaging + product).
A brief description of the issue.
Resolution: After review, if approved, we will offer a replacement (remake/resend) or a refund (full or partial). You do not need to pay for return shipping for defective or damaged items.
5. Lost Shipments If your package appears to be lost, contact us with your order number, shipping address, and tracking number. If the shipment is confirmed as lost (or no movement for an extended period), we will:
Remake the item and ship a new one at our expense, OR
Issue a full refund to the original payment method.
6. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.
Banks/payment providers may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
7. Refused Delivery / Unclaimed Packages If a package is returned to us due to refusal, non-pickup, or an incorrect address provided by the buyer:
The customer is responsible for reshipping costs, OR
A refund may be issued excluding original shipping costs and any return customs fees imposed by Moldovan customs.
8. Customs Duties & Import Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties/VAT/import taxes upon arrival in your country. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
