About this rug
Max Goof's grin gave this keyboard rug its starting point. I wanted the red cap and headphones to stay visible around the face, because those accessories give the portrait its own look. The blue background keeps the whole close-up together without crowding it.
I hand-tuft each piece from premium acrylic yarn, then carefully refine the outlines around the eyes, mouth and headphones. The small accessory details need as much attention as the expression. Keeping their edges clear lets the soft surface hold the whole familiar portrait.
Max looks quite prepared to spend some time at the desk himself. I wanted the headphones and red cap to stay with that grin, because they give this portrait its own look. He can join your everyday setup as a familiar character with a little bit of gaming company. Standard and Compact sizes are listed below for the space in front of your keyboard, where the rug works as a wrist rest. Measure that area before choosing. A little mouse rug can be selected separately as an extra.
- Material: premium acrylic yarn; hand-tufted.
- Use: soft wrist rest in front of a keyboard.
- Size options: Standard 44 × 16 cm (17.3 × 6.3 in) or Compact 32 × 16 cm (12.6 × 6.3 in).
- Optional extra: small mouse rug (selected separately).
