About this rug
Kakashi's angled forehead protector gave this portrait its shape. I wanted the red eye and mask to stay clearly visible beneath it, because those details are what make the close-up feel like him. The long keyboard rug leaves room for the protector without losing the face underneath.
I make each piece by hand using premium acrylic yarn. After tufting, I carefully trim and carve around the eye, mask and smaller marks on the protector. Those close colour boundaries need attention to keep the expression and details clear in the soft surface.
The angled protector and the mask give Kakashi a lot of character in this close-up. I wanted those details to feel right when you look down at your desk. He can sit among your Naruto pieces or simply keep that familiar eye on things while you work. The rug works as a wrist rest in front of the keyboard, with Standard and Compact choices listed below. Check the measurements against your desk before selecting one. The small mouse rug is an optional extra, chosen separately.
- Material: premium acrylic yarn; hand-tufted.
- Use: soft wrist rest in front of a keyboard.
- Size options: Standard 44 × 16 cm (17.3 × 6.3 in) or Compact 32 × 16 cm (12.6 × 6.3 in).
- Optional extra: small mouse rug (selected separately).
