About this rug
Albedo's white horns give this face a strong outline. I wanted them to stay clearly shaped around the black hair, with the yellow eyes keeping their place in the middle. The contrast between those details made the portrait interesting to try in yarn.
I hand-tuft each Albedo keyboard rug using premium acrylic yarn. After tufting, I carefully trim and carve around the horns and facial lines. The pale edges need to remain separate from the darker shapes so the full portrait stays readable in the soft surface.
Albedo's horns are part of the whole outline here, so the portrait has plenty to look at even around its edges. The contrast with the dark hair keeps that familiar face close. A fan can give her a small place beside the keyboard and enjoy the details between tasks. This version measures approximately 45 × 16 cm and serves as a wrist rest in front of your keyboard. Check that space before ordering. The small mouse rug is a separate option if you want the extra piece.
