About this rug
Giyu Tomioka's quiet expression was the inspiration for this keyboard rug. I wanted the blue eyes to stay clear beneath the dark hair, with the red cloak giving the portrait some colour around the face. It's a close-up where small changes around the eyes make a real difference.
I tuft each piece by hand from premium acrylic yarn. Once the tufting is done, I carefully trim and carve around the eyes, hair and cloak edges. I keep the facial lines clearly separated so the expression you see in the design stays with the finished rug.
Giyu's expression is quite quiet, which is what made this close-up feel right for a desk piece. The little eye details are there for you to enjoy between tasks. If he's the Demon Slayer character you care about, you can have that familiar face among your everyday things. It measures approximately 45 × 16 cm and sits in front of your keyboard as a soft wrist rest. Check that area on your desk before ordering. Want the little mouse rug as well? Select it separately as an extra.
