About this rug
Snorlax's sleepy face was the inspiration for this keyboard rug. I wanted to keep the open mouth and relaxed expression together, with the cream face clearly visible on turquoise. It's a character who makes a very convincing case for having a quiet afternoon.
I tuft each Snorlax rug by hand from premium acrylic yarn. The smaller facial lines need a careful finish so the expression stays readable across the soft surface. Once the tufting is done, I trim and carve around those features, keeping the colour boundaries clear.
Snorlax is taking the quiet afternoon very seriously. I wanted the rug to have a little of that sleepy calm, so the face can sit beside your keyboard while you get things done. His expression suggests he's perfectly happy to leave the typing to you. The rug works as a wrist rest in front of your keyboard. Standard and Compact are the listed size choices, so measure the area before selecting one. The optional mouse rug for this design is a Poké Ball, and it's chosen separately.
