About this rug
For this Sanji portrait, I wanted the visible eye and curled eyebrow to carry the expression. The blond hair gives the face its familiar shape, but the smaller line above the eye is the detail I needed to keep clear. A close-up makes those little features matter.
I hand-tuft the keyboard rug from premium acrylic yarn, then carefully trim and carve around the hair and facial lines. The curl needs enough room to keep its shape once the yarn is in place. Taking care with it gives the soft surface a detail Sanji fans will notice.
The curled eyebrow gives Sanji away almost immediately. I wanted you to have that small familiar detail close enough to enjoy while you're at the desk. This portrait keeps the expression tightly framed, so you can make a little room for him among your everyday things. This version measures approximately 45 × 16 cm and sits in front of your keyboard as a wrist rest. Measure the space before ordering. You can select the small mouse rug separately as an optional extra.
