About this rug
Deadpool's mask is a strong design even with just the eyes in view. I wanted to use that simple close-up for this keyboard rug, keeping the black patches and white eyes clear against the red. It gives the character enough expression without needing to add a speech bubble.
I tuft each piece by hand from premium acrylic yarn and refine the outlines after tufting. The angles around the eyes need careful finishing, because they make a difference to the look of the mask.
Deadpool's mask has enough expression here to suggest he's already thought of a comment. I wanted the desk piece to keep that bit of personality, even with the portrait cropped close. Put him where you'll see the eyes while you work, and supply the commentary yourself. You can use the rug as a wrist rest in front of the keyboard. Standard and Compact sizes are available, so check the measurements against your desk. Want the small mouse rug too? Select it separately as an optional extra.
