No, it provides great ergonomic wrist support. Our Fluffy style is about 1.5 cm (0.6 inches) thick. Our Shaggy style is 3 cm, but it compresses down to a comfortable 1.5–1.7 cm under the weight of your arms.
Daily care: use a lint roller or vacuum on low power (no rotating brush).

Spills: blot immediately with a dry cloth, then use a damp cloth with mild soap. Never scrub.

Loose threads: slight fluffing is normal at first. If you see a loose thread, simply trim it with sharp scissors — never pull it.

Important: strictly no machine washing, soaking, tumble drying, or harsh chemicals. Always let it air dry naturally.
Tufting has physical limits with micro-details. Once you order, we simplify and adapt your image for real tufting so it looks clean and balanced as a rug.

We send you a digital mockup for approval and offer revisions before physical work begins. If we absolutely cannot agree on the design, you receive a 100% refund before any physical work starts.
No. Adapting and creating a custom tufting-ready design takes time and work, so payment is required to secure your order and start the design process.
