About this rug
Doflamingo's sunglasses and grin gave me plenty to work with in this keyboard rug. I wanted the red lenses to stay clear above that wide smile, with the pink background fitting the character's loud look. It's a face that does very little quietly.
I hand-tuft each piece using premium acrylic yarn, then carefully refine the edges around the glasses and teeth. Those shapes sit close together, so they need attention to remain separate in the soft surface. The finished portrait keeps its expression through the lines worked into the yarn.
Doflamingo looks much too pleased with himself, which is a good part of the appeal. The glasses and that grin have room to be loud here. A One Piece fan can put him beside the keyboard and let the portrait contribute some fairly questionable confidence to the setup. This version measures approximately 45 × 16 cm and sits in front of your keyboard as a wrist rest. Check that space before ordering. The small mouse rug can be chosen separately as an extra.
