About this rug
Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck felt like a good pair to keep in one keyboard rug. I wanted both faces to have enough room for their expressions, with the light blue background leaving space around them. The design is about the two familiar portraits together.
I hand-tuft each piece from premium acrylic yarn, then carefully finish around the eyes, mouths and other facial details. Working with two faces means keeping the smaller lines clear on both sides. I refine those boundaries after tufting so the soft surface holds each expression.
Bugs and Daffy both get their own part of the portrait, which feels appropriate for a pair with plenty of personality. I wanted them to stay together beside the keyboard. A Looney Tunes fan can enjoy the familiar faces when the day pauses for a moment between tasks. The rug works as a wrist rest in front of your keyboard. Standard and Compact sizes are listed below; measure the available space first. The little mouse rug is an optional extra selected separately.
- Material: premium acrylic yarn; hand-tufted.
- Use: soft wrist rest in front of a keyboard.
- Size options: Standard 44 × 16 cm (17.3 × 6.3 in) or Compact 32 × 16 cm (12.6 × 6.3 in).
- Optional extra: small mouse rug (selected separately).
