This is a fully custom-made product based on the image you provide. Here's how it works:

1) Choose the size you want
2) Upload a high-quality picture
3) Complete the order
4) I will create the design and make the rug ✂️ (you’ll receive a tracking number once shipped)
✔ If you have any specific requests (like changing the background color, simplifying details, etc.), please mention them in the order comments.

✨ Please read carefully before placing an order:

- I work in my own artistic style. I will adapt your image to fit the chosen size and format — not all details can be kept due to space limitations.
- If you have any doubts about your image or design, please contact me before placing your order. I'm happy to discuss and guide you through what’s possible ⚙️
- After you place the order, I will work with you on the design and adjust it until we both agree — but only if your image is complex or raises questions. If the image is simple and no specific requests are made in the order comments, I will proceed based on my own artistic interpretation and style.
- ❌ Refunds are not accepted once I start tufting or transfer the design onto the canvas.
- If a refund is requested before that stage, a $15 design fee will be deducted. This covers the time and work spent on adapting your image into a tuftable format.
