Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Request cancellation within 12 hours of ordering and before production starts. A $15 design/setup fee applies.

About this rug
Your keyboard rug can start with a character you love, a pet photo or a drawing of your own. The idea is to make the front of your desk feel personal, using an image you chose yourself. I turn that image into a handmade design suited to the long shape of the rug.
Choose Compact or Standard and upload a clear picture. I adapt the small details for tufting, then send you a mockup to approve before I start. That gives you a chance to see how the image will work in the selected shape and size.
I make the rug by hand from premium acrylic yarn and carefully carve the design after tufting to define its lines. You can use it as a soft wrist rest in front of your keyboard. The small mouse rug is an optional extra, selected separately. Check the measurements below when choosing your size, so the piece you're planning has a clear place on your desk.
- Size options: Compact 32 × 16 cm (12.6 × 6.3 in) or Standard 44 × 16 cm (17.3 × 6.3 in).

Can every picture become a rug?
Most images can be adapted. Very fine lines or tiny details may be simplified so the design stays clear in yarn.
Will I see the design before tufting?
Yes. Mockup approval is included, and physical work starts only after you approve the adapted design.
How long will my custom rug take?
Dispatch is estimated in 7–16 business days. Delivery after dispatch usually takes 7–20 business days, depending on destination.
How do shipping and import duties work?
International shipping is free. We email tracking after dispatch. Import duties, if charged, are paid by the recipient.
