About this rug
I wanted Stitch and Scrump to share this keyboard rug. Stitch's big blue face gives the design its main expression, and the little doll adds a familiar detail beside him. The cream background leaves room for both without making the portrait feel crowded.
I make each piece by hand using premium acrylic yarn. After tufting, I carefully trim and carve around Stitch's eyes and nose, then the smaller Scrump details. The little doll needs attention at its own scale so it remains readable alongside the larger face.
Scrump gets a place beside Stitch's face, which gives this portrait its own little story. I wanted the doll to remain part of the handmade piece too. A fan can enjoy the familiar blue face and its small companion at the desk, especially when looking at the details up close. The approximate size is 44 × 16 cm, intended as a wrist rest in front of your keyboard. Check that space first. The small mouse rug is a separate option if you'd like it too.
