About this rug
Finn's smile gave me a friendly face to work with in this keyboard rug. I wanted the white head shape and blue clothing to stay together, with the grey background leaving room around the portrait. The little expression is what makes the close-up feel familiar.
I tuft each piece by hand using premium acrylic yarn, then carefully finish around the face and clothing edges. Simple shapes still need attention to keep their curves and placement. The soft Fluffy surface holds the portrait through the colour boundaries worked into it.
Finn looks ready to join whatever is happening at your desk. I wanted that small smile to keep its place in the rug, with the familiar white head shape still around it. He can be a little Adventure Time companion during games, messages and the ordinary parts of the day. Standard and Compact sizes are listed below for the space in front of your keyboard, where the rug serves as a wrist rest. Measure the area first. The little mouse rug is an optional extra chosen separately.
- Material: premium acrylic yarn; hand-tufted.
- Use: soft wrist rest in front of a keyboard.
- Size options: Standard 44 × 16 cm (17.3 × 6.3 in) or Compact 32 × 16 cm (12.6 × 6.3 in).
- Optional extra: small mouse rug (selected separately).
