About this rug
Chucky's orange hair made me want to try a rug with some actual volume. I wanted the scarred face to sit clearly inside it, with the blue eyes still visible beneath the raised yarn. The hair and those little facial details are what make this version feel like him.
I make each piece by hand from premium acrylic yarn, using the Shaggy texture around the face. The longer hair has real height in the surface. I take care with the eyes and scar lines so the expression stays readable even with the loose orange pile around it.
Chucky's hair takes up some real space around the little scarred face. I wanted the portrait to keep that unsettling combination of doll-like features and a very unfriendly expression. A horror fan can enjoy the raised orange texture beside the keyboard, including the details visible from the side. The approximate size is 44 × 16 cm, intended as a wrist rest in front of your keyboard. Measure that area first. The little mouse rug is an optional extra selected separately.
