Dispatches in 7–16 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–20 business days after dispatch. Ships from Moldova; import duties, if charged, are paid by the recipient.
Estimates use Monday–Friday; public holidays may shift dates.
Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Request cancellation within 12 hours of ordering and before production starts. A $15 design/setup fee applies.

About this rug
Elmo felt like a good character to make with shaggy yarn. I wanted the red surface to have real texture, with the orange nose and white eyes remaining easy to see. Those few details give the face its familiar, cheerful look.
I hand-tuft each rug from premium acrylic yarn and keep the red pile long around the facial shapes. The loose texture is part of the Shaggy design, while the eyes and nose need their own clear placement. I take care with those areas so the expression stays visible in the finished surface.
Elmo's orange nose and those white eyes look quite at home in the red shaggy yarn. I wanted that friendly face to keep a little room at the desk too. He can sit among your everyday things with the real texture you can see in the close-up and side photos. The rug works as a soft wrist rest in front of your keyboard. Choose Standard or Compact after checking the measurements below against your desk. The little mouse rug is a separately selected extra if you'd like both pieces.
