About this rug
The red oni face inspired this custom car rug. I wanted the horns and curling purple details to stay with the mask, because the outline is as much a part of the design as the expression. The whole shaped portrait gives the motif its character.
I make each piece by hand from premium acrylic yarn, taking care around the eyes, mouth and smaller curves. The artwork and shape are planned for the individual vehicle project. Enter your car model and year in the product field when ordering so that information is part of the project from the start.
The price is for one car rug. You're choosing the oni mask design shown in the photos, including the face and surrounding details. The oni's horns and curling details make the whole outline worth looking at. I wanted that shaped design to be part of the car piece too. If you enjoy Japanese mask artwork, this gives you a handmade version of the motif shown here, with the face and surrounding curves kept together.
