Delivery & returns
Dispatches in 7–16 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–20 business days after dispatch. Ships from Moldova; import duties, if charged, are paid by the recipient.
Estimates use Monday–Friday; public holidays may shift dates. Dispatch timing also depends on design approval.
Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Request cancellation within 12 hours of ordering and before production starts. A $15 design/setup fee applies.

About this rug
A custom mouse rug is a way to make a small corner of your desk feel like yours. Send a character, a pet photo or a design you'd like to have beside your mouse, and I'll turn the picture into a little tufted piece. The image you choose is where the project starts.
I make it by hand from premium acrylic yarn, adapting the shapes for an approximate 11–13 cm size. At that scale, the main features matter most. A clear image helps me keep them readable, and very small lines may need simplifying so the design works in yarn.
Upload a good-quality picture with the details you want visible. This is a small mouse rug shaped around your chosen design, so look at the examples to get a feel for the finished style. It's a separate custom piece for the space beside your mouse, made from a picture you picked yourself.

Dispatch is estimated in 7–16 business days. Delivery after dispatch usually takes 7–20 business days, depending on destination.
How do shipping and import duties work?
International shipping is free. We email tracking after dispatch. Import duties, if charged, are paid by the recipient.
