Dispatches in 7–16 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–20 business days after dispatch. Ships from Moldova; import duties, if charged, are paid by the recipient.
Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Request cancellation within 12 hours of ordering and before production starts. A $15 design/setup fee applies.

About this rug
If you have a picture you want to turn into a rug, this is where that project starts. It can be a design you want on the floor or something you'd like to display on a wall. I work from the image you upload and recreate it in the DAFT PINK ART style shown in the examples.
Choose a listed size and send a clear, good-quality picture. I work out the main shapes and adapt the smaller lines so they can be made in premium acrylic yarn. Some tiny details need simplifying at the chosen scale; the finished piece is a handmade interpretation of your image.
The available sizes run from 2 to 7 ft, as listed below. Measure your intended space before choosing one. A clear source image and a size that suits the design give the project a useful starting point. You're choosing both the artwork and where it will live, and I turn that idea into a tufted textile piece.
- Listed size options: 2 ft (60 cm), 3 ft (0.9 m), 4 ft (1.2 m), 5 ft (1.5 m), 6 ft (1.8 m), 7 ft (2.1 m).

How do shipping and import duties work?
International shipping is free. We email tracking after dispatch. Import duties, if charged, are paid by the recipient.
